| The Media Services consist of support for many
activities at Davis & Elkins College that depend upon information
and services delivered through a variety of equipment. Media equipment is available for use by all faculty and other persons employed by Davis and Elkins College, and can be picked up and signed out from Media Services during our regular hours. After-hours pickup at the Library's Circulation Desk can be arranged with advance notice. |

It is understood that by signing the loan agreement, the borrower assumes complete responsibility for the security and care of each item borrowed. Students at Davis & Elkins College and other non-employees are not permitted to sign out equipment directly. In special cases faculty and administrators of the college may designate individual students or others to obtain equipment in the name of the employee. This must be explicitly arranged beforehand, in writing, as the employee then assumes full responsibility for the equipment while in student use. Equipment for use by all student organizations is typically signed out under the name of the organization's faculty advisor or other responsible party often a member of Student LIfe. |
