| Borrowing Material may be borrowed by presenting a valid Davis & Elkins College ID or a Davis & Elkins College borrower's card. If you wish to obtain a Davis & Elkins College borrower's card and are 16 or older, please bring your driver's license or other picture ID. A parent or guardian must accompany children 16 and under to sign a permission letter when his/her child applies for a borrowers card. |
