When you see the seats getting set up at the college amphitheater, you know the Festival is getting close.

This gentlemen was my prize for the day.  He walks around town daily, always dressed in his suit, tie, and hat.  As the parade went on he would momentarily doze off from time to time.  My hats off to this fellow.
